Reiki

Reiki is a form of energy healing focusing through the Chakra areas, however it radiates through all parts of the physical body. It is non-invasive, and can be performed by a second degree Reiki Practitioner or above. Most often, clients may feel warmth or tingling in their bodies when receiving Reiki and it is recommended not to drive or operate machinery during a distance session as you may become very relaxed and sleepy. Normal movements at home are okay and you may remain awake, however choosing a time when you can relax is best.

Sandy is a Reiki Master and beyond guiding Reiki energy, will also pass along any messages she may receive from your Higher Self to you at the end of your session.
